Return and refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. We cannot accept returns after 30 days based on the date the item was originally received by the customer.

Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective*. ( *for bracelets and pendants only non weared jewellery can be refund or exchanged).

We offer refunds or replacements of unused merchandise, less a 10% restocking fee and anyassociated shipping charges.

Oroma must be notified of any breakage within five business days. Please if you want the item

To return an item:

1. Please contact us via email to receive a Return Authorization number. (Returns with an invalid, expired or missing RA number will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.)

2. You can use your original  box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

4. Attach your new return label to the shippinfg box. Please use a traceable carrier and retain the tracking number for your records. Oroma  is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.

5. We take care of the rest! Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card thro PAYPAL

 
On the returns document enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund. Enclose the Return Authorization number with your item(s). Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation or Refund

You may contact our Customer Service  to check the order status. If the order is already ready to be shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will refuse the parcel when delivered and contact the Customer Service to inform them and being refunded when the item is back. In this case shipping charges cannot be renfunded  and less a 10% restocking fee.
